Join me for a supportive day of learning, sharing, and creative reflection. This day is for women aged 45–51 who are in perimenopause or menopause and want space to explore the physical, emotional, and social changes of this transition.
This full-day workshop blends education, lived experience, and creative reflection. We’ll explore the history of menopause, physiological and psychological changes, impacts on sexuality and relationships, and how culture and identity shape experiences.
Let’s normalize conversation about menopause, support one another, and embrace this life transition together. 💜
